The Hands · Workbench

Validated execution, not another notebook.

50+ validated pipeline steps, multi-tenant isolation, and a decision record for every run — built for teams who can't send data to a third party.

Workbench workflows list showing real pipeline runs with status, rerun, and log access

Someone has an idea. Nobody knows how it got there. Later, you're trying to reconstruct where it went wrong. Workbench is the antithesis of that.

Built for governance

Every run, accounted for.

50+ validated steps
Real bioinformatics nodes, not generic script wrappers.
Multi-tenant isolation
One lab's data never touches another's, by construction.
Per-org storage
Your files and results live in your own dedicated storage.
RBAC
Role-based access down to the workflow and dataset level.
A decision record per run
What ran, on what data, with what parameters — always reconstructable.
MCP-native
Orchestrated by Nexus, or called directly from Claude Code, Cursor, or your own tools.
Not just orchestration

Our one proprietary model: GraphMiner.

Most pipeline steps wrap established tools. GraphMiner is ours — it trains a model on your data, then mines the model itself for rules a scientist can read, argue with, and test.

Example rule
IF Faecalibacterium < 0.12
AND Escherichia > 0.45
THEN IBD
Ranked by support and coverage against a feature-interaction network — not a black-box score.

Owned by Graphomics — it composes established interpretable-ML methods with our own rule-mining layer. The output is a statement you can test, not a score you have to trust.

A second family of nodes fits community-dynamics models to microbiome data and predicts how a community responds to perturbation. And when a stock node isn't enough, you can publish your own Python as a chainable step — verified end-to-end on real clinical data.

Deployment

Runs where your data already lives.

Managed
We run it. You query it. Nothing to maintain.
Self-hosted
Deployed inside your own environment, under your controls.
Licensed
License the engine outright and run it anywhere.
